Titan the Robot!

Titan the RobotTitan’s TV appearances include semi-finalist in Britain’s Got Talent, Antand Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Big Brother, The Secret Life of a 5Year Old and The Gadget Show and he has performed along side A-listcelebrities including Will Smith, Jackie Chan and Rihanna; Titan once even rocked Wembley Stadium with Will.i.am.


Titan has performed in over 50 countries worldwide as far afield asAustralia and has appeared at major world events including the SochiWinter Olympics, New York Fashion Week and the Chinese F1 GrandPrix.
Titan is taking a break from his busy schedule to perform for us here in
Bampton at our annual Charter Fair

 

 

Ozzy-DKIDZ ZONE

Run by Bampton PTFA in the Riverside Hall, here you will find numerous activities for the children, alongside a cafe.



The Storytellers

The Exeter Authors Association may again be at this year’s Fair so that you can meet them and chat about their books. Below: Morwenna Blackwood, Richard Lappas, PJ Reed, and Jenny Kane. Just PJ and Jenny coming this year.

Bampton MummersBampton Players

“Come to Boo! and Cheer! as the Mummers perform their merry play at various locations throughout the day.


This year’s entertainment is (very) loosely based on a true event in Bampton’s history. “


 

Bottle Top Boogie BandBottle Top Boogie BAND

They are favourites at the Fair and they feature our very own Rev Kev on guitar!

1950’s Skiffle that sounds like Snooks Eaglin, Bo Diddley The Musician, Leadbelly, Jed Davenport and his Beale Street Jug band (they say!). Cool.

 

 

 

Duotonic MusicDuotonic Music

An experienced local Duo, Jon and Sara, playing popular songs from the 60s to today.

This is their first visit to the Fair having moved to Bampton recently. Welcome!


 

Prof. Wilson's Punch & JudyWilson's Ounch and Judy

Mr. Punch is the national puppet of Great Britain He first appeared on the streets of London in 1662. Today Mr. Punch is as popular as ever and Prof Gary Wilson is proud to be part of his tradition. He has been performing professionally at events, attractions and on beaches since 1999 and is delighted to be one of the few performers in the country to be elected a member of the Punch and Judy College of Professors. You'll find him at the Riverside Hall.
