Bampton Primary School - The School Reunion March 2008

On March 8th 2008, a Reunion was organised at the school to which all ex-pupils of the school (both of primary and from when it was a secondary school) were invited. Well over 200 people turned up for a festive evening, with a very wide span of ages - one had come from Scotland specially for the event, another from Canada. Some things never change - clearly people were no stranger to alcohol, and a small clique met outside for a fag (the school has no bike sheds!). Your intrepid photographer was ticked off for going up some stairs the 'wrong' way...
Nostalgia was the name of the game - the old school will soon be demolished to make room for new houses after the pupils move to the new school in May.
