This is the Devon youth service online.  You can register with them and get updates, and someone to talk to you if you need help.

You can join Kooth and get mental health support.  They have a magazine, discussion groups and plenty of tips on how to look after your mental health.

This site gives you plenty of video clips and ideas for keeping active during lockdown for all age groups.

This free app can help you manage your emotions and reduce self-harm. There is a mood diary and a toolbox of techniques to reduce stress.

This free app (with in app purchases) is suitable for over 12s.  There are adventure games designed by psychologists to help you increase your emotional fitness and teach you new mental health skills.

This free app provides a safe and secure forum for teenagers to discuss any issue affecting your life.  You can anonymously get advice from experts and other teenagers going through similar experiences such as mental health, self-harm, relationships, friendships.
