March 25th, Bampton Heritage & Visitor Centre’s AGM -  7 pm in the Heritage Centre

April 4th - Quiz Night with Ploughman’s Supper – 6.30 for a 7 pm start at the Community Hall, Barnhay. Teams of 6 and Tickets are £12 pp including the supper. Bar & Raffle. In aid of Bampton Heritage & Visitor Centre.

April 12th – Street Stall on Brook Street

April 18th – Good Friday Town Trail – 10,30 am to 12.30 pm. Recommended minimum donation of £3 pp. Family and Dog friendly. – To book a place email: bhvcevents@gmail.com. with the names of walkers and a mobile contact number.

April 19th – Street Stall on Brook Street

April 21st – Guided Walk – A walk of approximately 7 miles, followed by hot drinks and handmade cakes. Free event , although donations are appreciated. No dos. Booking essential. To book a place email: bhvcevents@gmail.com with the names of walkers and a mobile contact number.

June 21st, 2 pm – Geo Walk. Leaving from Bampton Heritage Centre you will go on a walk through Bampton’s deep time to find signs of fossils and geology in the town.

July 24th to 26th  – 1920’s Women in Bampton - An exhibition in the Centre about Margaret Partridge and North Hayne Farm 

September, 18th,19th and 20th from 11 am to 3 pm - Heritage Open Days, A Tapestry of Buildings.  Bampton’s Architecture, Buildings and Church: a journey through Bampton's built environment, past and present. 

We run Town Trails throughout the year. A walk around Bampton of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours learning about Bampton’s fascinating history from our knowledgeable guide.

These tours are free although we do suggest a minimum donation of £3 pp.
